What does unlimited mean?
Unlimited removal requests for your registered business profile(s) while your subscription is active, subject to reasonable use. We assess reviews for guideline or legal violations; the subscription does not guarantee that every review will be removed.
Can I submit my whole Trustpilot profile?
Yes. Paid subscribers can submit their whole Trustpilot profile from the dashboard. We assess the reviews and challenge those that breach platform guidelines or applicable law. You can also submit individual review links.
Does my location or industry matter?
No. We work with customers across all industries and locations worldwide. What matters is the content of the review and the grounds for challenging it—not where your business is based.
How do renewals and cancellation work?
Plans automatically renew for their selected term until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals directly from Billing in your dashboard without going to PayPal. Cancellation and refunds are separate; see our Terms and Refund policy for the conditions that apply.
Are formal legal letters included?
Formal legal letters are a separate service, prepared by independent partner law firms. Gold members receive a 10% letter discount and Platinum members receive 25%. The yearly subscription qualifies you for Platinum through its 12-month term.
Stop letting fake reviews set the agenda.
Put ongoing protection behind your reputation. Start from $49 per month, or get a free audit before choosing your plan.
We challenge reviews that breach platform guidelines or applicable law—not genuine criticism. Trustpilot makes the final removal decision; outcomes are not guaranteed. Formal legal work is performed by independent partner law firms.
