Formal legal notices and any legal escalation are handled by independent, licensed law firms. When a firm takes your matter, you become its client under its own engagement terms.

We coordinate the case: we gather evidence, organise the review file and pass it, with your permission, to the partner firm. We also handle communication and status updates.

The price you see for a legal notice covers the partner firm's work and our coordination. Any further legal steps are quoted separately by the firm before they begin.

Partner firms make their own professional judgement and may decline a matter. We do not influence their legal advice.
