Refund policy

If we assess a submitted review and decide it does not qualify for a challenge, we refund the fee in full. Once a challenge has been filed, the fee is non-refundable because the work has been performed.

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months, except where required by law.

You can cancel for a full refund before the partner law firm starts drafting. After drafting begins, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

Email hello@removed.to with your invoice number. We reply within 5 business days and refund to the original payment method.
