Removed.to assesses online reviews and challenges those that appear to breach platform guidelines or the law, using official reporting channels. Formal legal notices are prepared by independent, licensed partner law firms.

Decisions to remove a review are made by the platform, not by us. We cannot guarantee that any review will be removed.

We do not challenge genuine customer feedback, post fake reviews, or use deceptive methods. We may decline any request that does not meet our standards.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the business concerned.

Prices are shown on our Pricing page. Single removals are charged per review submitted, monthly plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled, and legal notices are quoted before work starts.

Removed.to is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Where a partner law firm acts, it does so under its own engagement terms with you.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms with notice. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; it ends at the close of the current billing period.
